Shipping & Delivery

All orders will be sent by Royal Mail recorded or special delivery. No postage refunds will be given on returned goods that are not faulty.

For an estimate on shipping prices simply enter your post code on the shopping cart page. You will also be shown shipping options and prices during the checkout process. We do offer international shipping.

We will aim to get your order dispatched within two working days. Some items are made to order, and will take a little longer to dispatch.

Privacy & Security

Jimmy Jules does not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, any information entered at user registration is held to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item and to enable you to track the progress of your order by logging back into the site.

We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam) as required in the Privacy and Electronic Communications Act 2003.

Returns & Replacements
We want you to be happy with your order. If any item does not satisfy you, then we will accept the return of the item and send you a credit note for the purchase price. The original item must be returned in the condition it was received and should not have been used or worn. All returns should be made within 7 days to: JIMMY JULES, No155 UNION ST, MAIDSTONE,KENT,ME141EY. Please keep proof of postage. Once your return is received, we will send you the credit note. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Claims for damaged or faulty goods must be made within 7 working days of delivery.

Our jewellery is hand made, so designs, colours, details and stones may vary slightly from the picture or illustrations.

Ordering
Find the items you wish to buy by browsing our online store, or by using the search facility. Add these items to the shopping basket by clicking the "ADD TO CART" button. Once you have selected all the items you want, click "CHECKOUT". If you are a new customer, follow the steps to enter your billing and shipping address, shipping method and payment method. Then sit back and wait for your order to arrive!
Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Maestro, AMEX and Diners Card) and payment via PayPal. All card payments are taken through the secure websites of PayPal and Worldpay, so none of your payment details are stored on our website.

Prices may fluctuate due to market forces and Jimmy Jules reserves the right to alter prices without prior notice.

We sometimes run promotions - we recommend following us on Twitter or Facebook to be notified of any special promotions or discount coupons.

You can view the status of your order at any time by logging into your account page on this website. We will also send email updates as the status of your order changes.
